HoneyBoost Men's Performance Claims: Why a Dagger Follows Each Phrase
HoneyBoost's front prints "INTENSE STRENGTH†", "PEAK STAMINA†", "PERFORMANCE SUPPORT†" and "BIGGER DRIVE. HARDER. LONGER.†". The dagger points to a box saying FDA has not evaluated these statements. They are marketing words with no measure behind them, and no study tested the gummy.

Which performance phrases are on the front?
Several lines carry the pitch, and four of them wear a dagger.
Reading the black and gold front from top to bottom, the sequence goes: "FUEL YOUR CONFIDENCE. SATISFY HER.", then three icons (a bolt, a flame and a male symbol) under the words "INTENSE STRENGTH†", "PEAK STAMINA†" and "PERFORMANCE SUPPORT†", a round seal reading "FOR MEN WHO LEAD IN THE BEDROOM AND IN LIFE", and a gold band with "BIGGER DRIVE. HARDER. LONGER.†". Only the confidence tagline and the seal lack the symbol. None of the phrases names a condition, a number or a time.
What is the dagger doing there?
It is a footnote mark that sends you to a legal disclaimer.
The law lets a supplement describe how an ingredient affects normal body structure or function, provided the maker notifies FDA within 30 days of marketing the claim and prints a disclaimer that FDA has not evaluated it and the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease (FDA, Structure/Function Claims). The footnote on this bottle follows that script. So the dagger does not mean the phrases were reviewed. It means nobody at FDA reviewed them.
How do the phrases hold up against the evidence?
Poorly, and the gap is easy to see.
| On the label | What it leaves open | What evidence exists |
|---|---|---|
| "INTENSE STRENGTH†" | Strength of what, and by what measure | None for this gummy |
| "PEAK STAMINA†" | Endurance, mood or something else | Tongkat ali trials tracked testosterone and mood (Talbott et al. 2013) |
| "PERFORMANCE SUPPORT†" | Which performance, sexual or athletic | Single-ingredient trials at much larger amounts |
| "BIGGER DRIVE. HARDER. LONGER.†" | Three sexual outcomes, none defined | None; FDA warns about products sold on such promises |
Why do three phrases sound like claims but read like slogans?
Because none of the nouns can be measured as written.
Strength could mean grip, muscle or willpower. Stamina could mean a run, a workday or the bedroom. Performance is left to the reader. The FTC expects health claims to rest on competent and reliable scientific evidence, usually human trials of the same product, and says testimonials are never enough (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). For this gummy there is no such trial. The ingredient studies that exist ran on single plants at larger amounts: tongkat ali for blood testosterone and mood, maca for desire over 12 weeks, L-arginine at grams a day in men with ED.

See packsWhat should a cautious reader do with the front?
Read it as design, then turn the bottle over.
The panel is where the real information sits: seven lines, 75 mg of plant extracts and amino acid in a 4.2 g gummy, 2.5 mg of zinc and 3 g of added sugar. Performance wording attached to sexual products is the exact area where FDA says many items turn out to hide drug ingredients (FDA, Sexual Enhancement and Energy Product Notifications). If you are on nitrates or any heart medicine, a hidden drug is a serious matter. Ask a pharmacist before using it, and keep taking what was prescribed.

Compare the words with the facts.
The longer comparison lives on the claims versus evidence page, and the panel itself is explained in the supplement facts.

FAQ01
HoneyBoost questions people ask
Does the dagger mean the phrases were checked?
No. It points to a notice that FDA has not evaluated them.
Is PEAK STAMINA a claim that the gummy improves endurance?
It reads as one, but the label gives no measure, and no study tested the gummy.
Can a supplement legally print a performance phrase?
Yes, if it is truthful, not a disease claim, and carries the disclaimer. Legal is not the same as proven.
What would make a performance claim credible?
A human trial of this very gummy, with a placebo group and a stated measure. None is on file.
