What does the HoneyBoost Supplement Facts panel say?

The panel is short: one serving, ten calories and seven ingredient lines.

FDA statement† These Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The HoneyBoost label shows a dietary supplement in gummy form. A bottle holds 30 gummies, and a serving is 1 gummy (4.2 g), so there are 30 servings per container. Each gummy has 10 calories, 3 g of carbohydrate and 3 g of added sugars. The panel then lists zinc and six extract or amino acid lines. The label names no medical condition, and it prints no directions or suggested use.

What are the seven ingredient lines?

Zinc has a Daily Value. The other six lines have amounts and no Daily Value.

Here are the seven lines with amounts, exactly as printed. Zinc (as zinc gluconate) is 2.5 mg, which is 23% of the Daily Value. Maca root extract 10:1 is 10 mg, equivalent to 100 mg maca root. Horny goat weed extract 8:1 is 10 mg, equivalent to 80 mg. Damiana leaf extract 5:1 is 10 mg, equivalent to 50 mg. Tongkat ali root extract 100:1 is 25 mg, equivalent to 2,500 mg. Mucuna seed extract is 10 mg, standardized to 98% L-DOPA (9.8 mg). L-arginine is 10 mg. The six plant and amino acid lines add up to 75 mg.

Zinc and added sugars have a Daily Value on the panel (23% and 6%). The other six lines show two asterisks, which the label explains as "Daily Value not established." That is normal for plant extracts and amino acids, and it means the panel gives you no way to judge whether 10 mg is a lot or a little. The research comparisons on this site fill that gap.

How much sugar and how many calories?

Each gummy has 10 calories, 3 g of carbohydrate and 3 g of added sugar.

The label shows 3 g of added sugar in each gummy, 6% of the Daily Value. That is small beside a soda, but it adds up with other foods. The American Heart Association suggests no more than about 9 teaspoons (150 calories) of added sugar a day for most men (AHA, Added Sugars). People who watch blood sugar should count it.

See sugar and calories for the full count.

What does the label leave out?

Directions, a maker, a test result and a storage line are not printed.

The label we have prints no directions. There is no line for how many gummies to take, when to take them or how long to keep going. The seller brief says only to follow the bottle, and it adds that the checkout page did not print a gummy count. So this site never states a dose. Read the bottle that arrives, and ask a pharmacist if the bottle is silent.

The label prints "Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives." Two things to know. First, it names no lab, no test and no result. Second, the other-ingredients line on the same label ends with artificial color, which sits oddly beside a claim of no artificial additives. We report both lines as printed and ask the distributor to explain.

The label names a distributor: GEX Corp LLP of Florence, Kentucky, with the phone number +1 (507) 448-8190 and the email [email protected]. It does not name a manufacturer, a plant or a country of manufacture beyond "Made in the USA with select ingredients from around the world." The order desk number in the seller brief, +1 (302) 200-3480, is a different number; keep both.

What do the front claims mean?

The front prints performance phrases, each followed by a dagger.

Several front phrases end with a dagger (†): INTENSE STRENGTH†, PEAK STAMINA†, PERFORMANCE SUPPORT† and BIGGER DRIVE. HARDER. LONGER.† The dagger points to a box on the left of the label: "These Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." That box is the standard disclaimer that supplement makers must print next to structure and function claims (FDA, Structure/Function Claims).

The dagger (†) after INTENSE STRENGTH, PEAK STAMINA, PERFORMANCE SUPPORT and BIGGER DRIVE. HARDER. LONGER. points to the FDA disclaimer printed on the label. That is the legal hook. It tells you the phrases are marketing, not findings, and that no one has reviewed them.

  1. On the label“INTENSE STRENGTH†”Strength is not defined. The amounts per gummy (10 to 25 mg of extracts) are far below the amounts in studies we found. (FDA, Structure/Function Claims)
  2. On the label“PEAK STAMINA†”Stamina is not defined. Tongkat ali studies measured blood testosterone and mood, not stamina, and used 100 to 600 mg of an extract. (FDA, Structure/Function Claims)
  3. On the label“PERFORMANCE SUPPORT†”Performance is not defined on the label. Trials of single ingredients in men with ED used far larger amounts and tested different products. (FDA, Structure/Function Claims)
  4. On the label“BIGGER DRIVE. HARDER. LONGER.†”Three sexual-performance phrases. No study tested HoneyBoost, and the FDA warns that products sold with these promises are sometimes found to hide prescription drugs. (FDA, Sexual Enhancement and Energy Product Notifications)
  5. On the label“FUEL YOUR CONFIDENCE. SATISFY HER.”Confidence and a partner's satisfaction are not measured by a supplement trial. No study tested this gummy, and a label tagline is not a result. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
  6. Common ad claim“Natural testosterone booster”A 2020 review of 50 such products found only 24.8% had any data showing a rise in testosterone, and about 1 in 10 had data showing a fall. A 2024 review judged most testosterone boosters ineffective. (Clemesha et al. 2020)
  7. Common ad claim“Male enhancement”FDA says many products sold for sexual enhancement are likely to be contaminated with hidden drugs, and calls it medication health fraud. (FDA, Sexual Enhancement and Energy Product Notifications)

Words as printed on the label, and two phrases common in ads. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

How do you check your own bottle?

Compare the bottle in your hand with the panel above, line by line.

  • Count the ingredient lines: there should be seven with amounts.
  • Check the serving size and servings per container: 1 gummy (4.2 g) and 30.
  • Look for the safety seal and the lot code.
  • Read the directions, if the bottle has any, and follow them.
  • If anything differs, stop and call the order desk.

The seller brief and the label do not fully agree. The brief says the checkout page printed no Supplement Facts and no gummy count; the label images print both. The brief lists an order-desk phone number that differs from the label's distributor phone. Where they differ, we follow the label and list the difference for the seller to confirm.
