Stamina Supplement: What Stamina Means and How It Is Measured
Stamina is not one measurable thing. In sport it means how long effort lasts, in the bedroom it usually means a self-rated questionnaire score, and on a label it is a marketing word. HoneyBoost prints "PEAK STAMINA" with a dagger, and no study tested the gummy for stamina.

What does stamina actually mean?
The word covers at least three different things.
| Meaning | How it gets measured | Fits a supplement claim? |
|---|---|---|
| Physical endurance | Timed exercise tests, such as how long effort can be kept up | Needs a trial with such a test |
| Sexual staying power | Self-rated questionnaires, such as the IIEF-5 used in ED trials | Needs a placebo group, since belief matters |
| Everyday energy | Diaries and rating scales | Hard to separate from sleep, mood and habits |
A seller can use the same word for all three and prove none. That is why a claim needs a named measure before it means anything.
What does the HoneyBoost label say?
It uses the word, and marks it with a dagger.
The front of the bottle prints "PEAK STAMINA" next to a dagger symbol. In the U.S., a structure or function claim of this kind is allowed only when the label says FDA has not evaluated it and the product is not meant to treat, cure or prevent disease (FDA, Structure/Function Claims). The dagger points to that statement. It is a sales phrase, not a measured result, and the label prints no directions, so we state no dose and no timeline.
FDA also lists stamina pills by name in its warning about enhancement products that are likely to be contaminated with hidden drugs (FDA, Sexual Enhancement and Energy Product Notifications). That does not say anything specific about this gummy. It does show why a stamina promise deserves a closer look at the source of the product.
What does the research on the label lines show?
Small studies, other doses, other outcomes.
The closest thing to a measured outcome is a 12-week double-blind trial in 50 men with mild ED. Maca extract at 2,400 mg a day improved the IIEF-5 score by 1.6 points against 0.5 on placebo (Zenico et al. 2009). One gummy has 10 mg of maca extract, so the trial dose is 240 times larger. That trial measured erectile function, not staying power or endurance.
A 2023 review of 25 marketed supplements found that 80% had no expected efficacy, and that blends are often made of ingredients at a negligible dose or with no evidence (Petre et al. 2023). The review is about the category and does not name HoneyBoost.
No study measured stamina after HoneyBoost, in sport or in bed.

See packsWhat does affect stamina?
Mostly things a bottle cannot supply.
NIDDK lists many contributors to erection trouble: diabetes, heart and blood vessel disease, obesity, nerve damage, certain medicines, stress and anxiety, plus inactivity, heavy alcohol and smoking (NIDDK, Erectile Dysfunction: Symptoms and Causes). Several of those are fixable with a clinician, and some are signs of a condition worth treating. If tiredness or poor staying power is lasting, get it checked instead of testing gummies on yourself.
Safety still applies. Anyone on a nitrate or other heart medicine, a blood pressure medicine or an ED drug should ask a pharmacist before adding a product sold for sexual performance. Keep taking prescribed medicine.

FAQ01
HoneyBoost questions people ask
How do researchers measure stamina?
In sport, with timed exercise tests. In ED studies, with questionnaires such as the IIEF-5.
Why does the label show a dagger?
It marks a front phrase that FDA has not evaluated. It is not a result.
Can a supplement guarantee more stamina?
No. Without a trial of the same product, the evidence cannot say.
Is low stamina a reason to see a doctor?
If it is lasting, yes. Causes range from sleep and stress to heart disease and diabetes.
